My love for cooking started at a young age, right in the kitchen with my mother, grandmother, and aunties. I grew up watching them prepare meals for family gatherings and holiday celebrations.Those moments shaped me not just as a cook, but as a woman who values tradition, care, and community.

Where It All Began

​

I was raised in Albany, New York’s Old Italian neighborhood, surrounded by the aromas of fresh bread and baked goods from a local bakery just down the street. Some of my fondest memories are stopping in near the end of the day and being handed warm butter cookies by the bakery owner. That experience stayed with me and sparked a deep appreciation for truly good, homemade food.

Learning the Craft

Over the years, I honed my skills with guidance from family elders and close family friends who generously passed down their knowledge. As my dishes became requested, shared, and celebrated. I realized I wasn’t just cooking, I was creating moments!
