Welcome to L’s Simplygoodness™. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Orders & Pickup
All orders must be placed through our website or approved ordering channels. Free pickup is available at our commercial kitchen in Schenectady, New York during designated business hours. Orders must be placed in advance to allow for proper preparation.
Delivery
Delivery is available throughout the Capital Region for a flat-rate fee based on delivery zones. Delivery days and availability may vary. Premium or off-schedule delivery may be offered at an additional cost. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is required at the time of ordering for all pickup and delivery orders.
Made-to-Order Products
All items are made fresh to order. Because our products are handmade and small-batch, availability may vary. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.
No Refunds or Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the event of an error made by L’s Simply Goodness™.
Business Hours
L’s Simply Goodness™ operates by order and scheduled pickup/delivery only. We do not maintain fixed retail hours.
Special Orders & Partnerships
Custom orders, catering requests, and partnerships with schools, organizations, or businesses are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly for inquiries.
Allergies & Ingredients
Our kitchen may handle common allergens such as dairy, eggs, wheat, nuts, and soy. While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and consuming products at their own discretion.
