At L’s Simplygoodness™, all of our products are made fresh to order. Because of the nature of our baked goods, we do not accept returns. That said, your satisfaction matters to us, and we will always address valid concerns with care and fairness.

Order Accuracy

Please review your order at the time of pickup or delivery.

  • If there is an issue with your order (such as a missing or incorrect item), please notify us immediately.

  • Once an order has been picked up or delivered, we are unable to offer replacements or store credit for issues reported afterward.

If you experience a concern related to the quality of your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Some restrictions may apply.
